PaddockMate

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

By creating an account or using PaddockMate, you agree to the terms described below. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the service

PaddockMate is a free, community-driven map listing employers potentially eligible for specified work under the 417/462 visas in Australia, along with practical resources (day counter, harvest calendar, wildlife, campsites, accommodation, community listings).

The core employer dataset comes from public Australian registries and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate: PaddockMate is a search aid, not a guarantee of visa eligibility. Always verify the exact eligibility of a role with your employer and, if in doubt, with the relevant Australian authorities (Department of Home Affairs).

2. Creating an account

A free account is required to see full employer contact details and to publish content (reviews, reports, listings). You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

"Pro" accounts are reserved for businesses and hostels wishing to list their own establishment; they remain free for now and may evolve into a paid offering in the future, with notice.

3. Content you publish

You remain the owner of the content you publish (reviews, comments, listings, reports), but you grant PaddockMate a non-exclusive licence to display it publicly as part of the service.

This content must be honest, respectful, and reflect a genuine experience. False, defamatory reviews or fraudulent listings are prohibited and may lead to content and/or account removal.

PaddockMate does not review each review or listing before publication (immediate publication): community content is protected by a reporting system — beyond 5 reports from different accounts, a listing is automatically hidden pending review.

4. Reporting and moderation

Any signed-in user can report content or a listing that seems incorrect, outdated, or abusive. Reports are handled reactively (automatic hiding past a threshold), not through systematic pre-moderation.

We reserve the right to remove any content or account in clear violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Limitation of liability

PaddockMate is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Employer data and community content (reviews, listings) may contain errors.

PaddockMate cannot be held liable for the consequences of a decision made based on information from the site (applying for a role, choosing accommodation, interpreting visa eligibility). This responsibility rests entirely with the user.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by writing to contactyabri@gmail.com. We may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute, failing an amicable resolution, falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms to reflect changes to the service. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page; for substantial changes, we'll notify you via the site.

9. Contact
